These terms govern use of the Stampi app and this website, both from Emov Studio. They do not constitute legal advice; for guidance tailored to your situation, consult a qualified attorney.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Stampi app or this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The Stampi service
Stampi is a digital loyalty platform that lets businesses offer stamp cards and lets their customers collect them from their phone. The customer app is free for the end consumer. The service for businesses is contracted separately through a commercial agreement with Emov Studio, where features, availability, and pricing are confirmed.
Accounts and eligibility
To use Stampi you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account and for keeping your sign-in credential secure. A business's staff act only within the scope of the shop they belong to.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Stampi in good faith. You may not forge or tamper with stamps, redemptions, or codes, attempt to breach the security of the service, reverse-engineer the application, or use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm other users or businesses.
Stamps and rewards
Stamps and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Each business defines its reward, the conditions, and the number of stamps required, and is responsible for delivering the reward it offers. Emov Studio provides the technology platform; it is not responsible for the product or service each business gives as a reward.
Business responsibilities
If you use Stampi as a business, you represent that you hold the rights to the logo and content you upload, and you agree to honor the rewards you offer, to use the service lawfully, and to properly manage the relationship with your own customers.
Intellectual property
The Stampi app, its brand, design, text, and images are owned by Emov Studio or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited. The logo and content each business uploads remain the property of their owner.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Stampi available and running well, but the service is provided as-is and may experience interruptions, changes, or improvements. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; when a change affects the service contracted by a business, it will be handled under the corresponding commercial agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emov Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use Stampi, nor for the conduct of businesses or users within the platform. The service is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations. If you have questions about these terms, write to hola@emovstudio.com.
